Beautifully leavened for 36 hours, this sourdough cake is pretty spectacular! Filled with pistachio cream freshly made from the trees of Etna, this is not overly sweet yet just sweet enough. A real treat and slightly addictive, excellent as a slice and equally delectable if warmed through and served with an accompaniment of your choice - our favourite is fresh raspberries and an extra drizzle of Aledi pistachio cream.
